Backplate specs: Width is 3/4". Length is 2 1/2" for rod diameters up to 1 1/4"; it is 3" for 1 1/2" diameter rods.
Bypass brackets allow C-rings to slide smoothly past the bracket. Please be sure to order the appropriate C-ring size for your rod diameter.
Production lead times for orders including rods and wands are currently ~4-5 weeks due to the custom nature of our products and current backlog. Orders including only finials or brackets typically ship within 1-2 weeks faster. Orders including only steel round rings, Brushed Stainless steel rings, and/or finish samples typically ship within 1 business day. Need your hardware faster? Our products are handcrafted at our facility in Atlanta, GA using high-quality, high-strength materials. We use beautiful, durable, and earth-friendly powder coating finishing on all products except Brushed Stainless Steel.
While stainless steel is ~20% lighter than steel, they share similar strength characteristics. Stainless steel is typically a great option for two reasons: 1) you would like the Brushed Stainless or Glossy Brass finish, or 2) your hardware will be installed in a wet or salty air environment, such as outdoors or near the beach (stainless steel is more corrosion resistant than steel). Note that all powder coated finishes besides Glossy Brass will look identical on both materials.
We ship with UPS within the U.S. and internationally. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international locations may incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us for estimates. If your order is damaged in transit, please notify us within three weeks and include photos of the damaged packaging and parts. We will work as quickly as possible to replace your parts at no charge.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we can only take returns on rings, most wall mount brackets with standard 3” clearances, and finials. These items must be returned to us in excellent condition to be eligible for a refund and may be subject to a $30.00 restocking fee. While we cannot take returns on rods, wands, and tiebacks, our customer service team is available to guide you through the measurement process to make sure you get it right.
We offer a lifetime warranty on most products, provided they are used as intended as drapery hardware, properly maintained, and installed in their original location. Outdoor installations are subject to a five year warranty period. Outdoor hardware or hardware installed in a salty air environment should be periodically cleaned to prevent the buildup of organic material such as dirt or salty compounds. We recommend periodically wiping powder coated hardware with Pledge or a similar polish. Stainless steel hardware can be cleaned with a damp rag (water or mild soap solution). Exposure to steel wool or a chemical ending in “ine” or “ide” (such as bleach) should be avoided as it will cause corrosion.
