Highland Forge provides its services to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or shop at HighlandForge.com, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

Warranty
All Highland Forge products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship so long as the product is measured and installed according to the product instructions, and is used as intended. Every Highland Forge product is designed to provide a lifetime of trouble-free use. Our products are hand-fabricated and therefore there may be very slight variations in forging and dimensions. In the unlikely event that warranty service is ever needed, simply contact us and we'll arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. To be eligible for warranty, products must be in their original installation location and must have been cared for properly (please see Stainless Steel Care Tips for additional care information).
Returns
Every Highland Forge product is custom made to order, following your specs and part detail choices. Since Highland Forge products are custom-crafted to fit your windows only, most of our hardware is not returnable for any reason except warranty repair. We will accept returns on round steel rings (in any finish) and round brushed stainless rings (i.e. unpowder-coated round stainless rings) if they are delivered back to us in excellent condition. Note that ring returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee.
We're happy to guide you through measuring and we will gladly help you prepare your order if you're at all unsure. Please send an email, or call us via our contact information listed on our contact page.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you have received an order with a wrong part, a missing part, or a package with shipping damage, please let us know immediately (within 15 days of receipt) and we'll get it corrected ASAP.
What if I need to change my order?
Fabrication preparation on most orders begins the next business day. Please contact us immediately if you need to change anything on your order. We will gladly swap any parts or update specs for items that have not already started fabrication.
What if I need to cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please let us know within 3 business days of your purchase in order to receive a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once fabrication has begun. If it is beyond the 3 business day cancellation window and fabrication has not begun, we reserve the right to charge a $25 restocking fee.
Color Accuracy and Hand Forging
Computer monitors vary in their ability to show color accurately. Even calibrated monitors don't always represent the finish color and texture precisely. We make every effort to show accurate color online but reproductions may vary. Because our finishes are applied by hand, minor variations should be expected.
All of our products are made by hand, therefore there may be very slight variations in forging and dimensions.
