Curtain Rods for 3-Sided Windows

Stainless steel is great for two primary situations: 1) you would like the Glossy Brass or Brushed Stainless finish, or 2) your hardware will be outdoors and exposed to moisture or salty air. Note that stainless is also available in any of our other finishes. Otherwise, steel is a great choice.

While 1” is the most common, ¾” provides a slimmer look while 1 ¼” and 1 ½” provide a bolder look. 1 ½” typically works best with higher ceilings. ½” is usually best for café curtains or very lightweight sheers. In addition to aesthetic preferences, you may need to consider the maximum suggested span.
